The Disability Specialist of the Willow Creek area assists residents -- with physical and mental conditions that limit their ability to work -- to achieve self reliance by accessing state, federal, and community services. These benefits include SSI (Supplemental Security Income), SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance), Vocational Rehabilitation, Disability Medicaid, Food Stamp ABAWD Exemption, and subsidized HUD housing. For assistance, Church members contact their Bishop or the Disability Specialist listed under "Other Callings" in the Willow Creek Stake Directory. Others who may be interested contact Jan Lynn in the 6th ward. You can find her information in LDS Tools.
